摘要
研究变精度粗糙集理论中属性约简和规则获取算法,并结合医疗诊断的实际情况对传统算法进行改进,提出基于变精度粗糙集理论模型的诊断方法。该方法利用病员数据库提取关键的病例特征属性来建立临床诊断决策表,借助改进的可辨识矩阵属性约减算法和值约减算法进行特征约简,从而得到有效的诊断规则。最后,针对常见疾病"高血压",开发了网络版的基于VPRS智能诊疗系统,并应用到多家医疗机构,效果良好。
The algorithms of attribute reduction and rule acquisition in variable precision rough set(VPRS) theory are studied in this paper,combining with the actual situation of medical diagnosis,we make the improvement on traditional algorithms,and present a diagnostic method which is based on VPRS model.In this method,patients' database is utilised to extract the key attributes of case characteristics for creating clinical diagnosis decision table,with the help of the improved identifiable matrix attributes reduction algorithm and the value reduction algorithm,feature reduction is executed,therefore the effective diagnostic rules are derived.Finally,an intelligent online diagnosis system based on VPRS is developed for common diseases of hypertension,and it has been applied to a number of medical institutions with satisfactory effect.
