摘要
该测量仪由测杆、支座和微机三部分组成,主要用于测量箱体孔端面圆跳动.测量系统采用圆柱坐标系.介绍了该仪器的测量原理包括数学模型的建立、推导和简化。对测量误差进行了分析.测量结果可自动显示和打印。实验结果表明,测量误差不超过2.5μm。
The measuring system consists of three components : the measuring stick, the supporting frame and the microcomputer , and is aimed mainly for measuring the amount of run -out of end - face bores on box -type machine parts with an error not surpassing 2.5 microns . Cylindrical coordinate system is adopted , giving automatically an indication of the printed measuring results . A detailed description is given of the measuring principles and of the establishment .deduction and simplification of the mathematical model .In addition , the article gives an analysis of the measuring errors of the system . Practical applications proved that the device has attained high measuring precision and proved to be reliable in its service .
