摘要
选取2001—2010年江苏省高新技术产业和纺织业出口的月度数据,通过实证分析得出:江苏省两大产业出口与人民币实际有效汇率之间不存在协整关系,并且在人民币累计升值的情况下,高新技术产业的出口增速没有减慢,这是政府主导产业升级的结果。鉴于此,政府对这两大行业可以采取调节出口退税率等措施来促进江苏省对外贸易的稳定增长。
It selected the 2001—2010 monthly data of the high-tech industry and the textile industry exports of Jiangsu Province,through empirical analysis,it comes to the conclusion that there is no cointegration relationship between exports and the real effective exchange rate of the two major industry in Jiangsu Province,and in the case of RMB appreciation,export growth of high-tech industries doesn＇t slow down,which is the result of government-led industrial upgrading.Therefore,the government must take measures to adjust the export tax rebate rate of the two industries to promote the steady growth of the foreign trade of Jiangsu Province.
