摘要 活性炭是净水器的主要的材料之一,活性炭的选型对净水器的使用效果会产生显著的影响。通过对活性炭的吸附指标碘吸附值、亚甲基蓝吸附值与有机物去除效果的相关性研究,得出碘吸附值、亚甲基蓝值只能作为活性炭选型的参考指标,与净水效率没有相关性,应进行活性炭的耗氧量(CODMn)去除率评价来选择活性炭;并对净水器用粒状活性炭的理化指标提出了建议。 Activated carbon is one of the important filter materials used in water purifiers. Selection of the activated carbon has a significant impact on the service efficiency of a water purifier. COD Mn is a common method for evaluating the concentration of organic compounds in water. Comparing the carbons’ iodine number, methylene blue number with their removal capacities of CODMn , the author found there is no correlation between these two number values with carbons’ removal capacities for organic compounds. This result indicates that, when selecting activated carbons for removing organic compounds in water, CODMn should be detected while iodine number and methylene blue number can only be considered as subsidiary indicators. Recommended standards with some physical and chemical indicators are also presented to select high potential granular activated carbons for water purification applications.
