摘要
建立了二氧化锆相变增韧的位错模型.在此模型的基础上,计算了裂纹扩展力和断裂韧性,并将裂纹前缘及两侧的相变粒子对韧性的贡献作了比较,同时从位错的角度出发解释了二氧化锆相变的尺寸效应。通过结果分析得出了相变时的范性形变对增韧有贡献等较有意义的结论。
In order to understand the mechanism of toughening in zirconia-toughened ceramics , this paper tries to set up a dislocation model of zirconia transformation -toughened ceramics . On the basis of this model the crack extension force and the fracture toughness are calculated . This paper also compares the contributions to toughness due to the transformation particles ahead of the crack as compared with that at side of the crack . From the point of view of dislocation the size effect of zirconia trasformation is explained . Results of analysis point to the conclusion that plastic deformation due to transformation may contribute to toughness .
