以床身为例 ,讨论了劈箱造型工艺设计中的几个重要原则 :包括分型面的选择、定位方法、分芯方法及浇注系统设计等 ;生产实践证明 ,这些原则对铸件生产成本和品质有重要的影响。
Some important principles in the design of split box molding are discussed concerning the selection of mold joint,the methods of location and the design of gating system It has been proved in production that the principles discussed had great effects on the cost and quality of castings
