摘要
目的了解在沪藏族初中生心理健康状况与应对方式的相关性,为关注其心理健康提供依据。方法整群抽取292名在沪藏族初中生进行中国中学生心理健康量表(MSSMHS)和特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)进行施测,采用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果①在沪藏族初中生心理状况总异常率为43.9%,其中轻度异常率为40.1%,明显异常率为3.8%;异常心理状况中,排序前3位的是强迫、情绪波动性、学习压力感;②各年级间比较,其总均分差异有统计学意义(F=5.728,P<0.01);其中,初二学生的心理异常率最高(51.7%)。排序前3位的是:初一、初二相同,分别是强迫、情绪波动性、学习压力感;初三:情绪波动性、强迫、焦虑;③男生、农村成长、单亲家庭、非独生子女的在沪藏族初中生的心理异常率较高(45.3%、47.4%、58.3%、47.3%);④因子抑郁、焦虑与积极应对之间为负相关(P<0.01),所有10个因子与消极应对之间为正相关(P<0.01)。结论在沪藏族初中生中,初二年级、男生、农村成长、单亲家庭、非独生子女的心理状况不良,其应对多表现为消极应对。
Objective To understand the correlation about mental health status and coping style for junior high school students from Tibetan in Shanghai so as to provide material about mental health.Methods Total 292 junior high school students cluster selected from Tibetan in Shanghai finished Mental Health Scale of Middle-School Students(MSSMHS)and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ)test.The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0.Results ①The total abnormal rate of psychological problems for junior high school students from Tibetan in Shanghai was 43.9%,40.1% of which was mild,moderate and above 3.8%.The top three sort was compulsion,emotional volatility,learning pressure for psychological problems.②Comparison between each grade,the total average balance was significantly different(F=5.728,P0.01).The abnormal rate of psychological problems of second grade students was the highest(51.7%).The top three sort was compulsion,emotional volatility,learning pressure for first grade and second grade,while emotional volatility,compulsion,anxiety for third grade.③The abnormal rate of psychological problems for junior high school students from Tibetan in Shanghai was higher on boys,countryside,single-parent families,non-only child(45.3%,47.4%,58.3%,47.3%).④The correlation was negative between factors of depression,anxiety and positive coping(P0.01)and positive between all ten factors and negative coping(P0.01).Conclusion Mental health status for junior high school students from Tibetan in Shanghai is not well for second grade,boys,countryside,single-parent families,non-only child while coping style showed more negative coping.
