摘要
研究了 12Cr铁素体钢在模拟煤燃烧过程氧化一硫化交变气氛中的腐蚀行为四循环腐蚀后生成由硫化物和氧化物交替组成的层状腐蚀膜,并发生了疏渗透入氧化膜而氧渗透入硫化膜的现象其腐蚀动力学依赖于气体化学成分的变化以及所形成的氧化。
The corrosion of a 12Cr ferritic steel at 600 ℃ was studied in alternate oxidizingsulfidizing atmospheres simulating coal conversion processes. Complex scales of alternate oxide and sulfde of iron were formed after 4 cycles, with significant penetrations of sulfur into the oxides and of oxygen into the sulfide lay6rs. The corrosion kinetics is interpreted in terms of thermodynamics and the nature of the scales formed in each cycle.
