摘要
采用光塑性法定量研究了圆柱体的平板间镦粗。首次把光塑理论与增量理论相结合 ,用于变形体内应力的定量计算。模拟结果与定性物理模拟相吻合 。
Upsetting of circular cylinder between ordinary plat platens is studied through the optical plasticity.The photoplasticity and incremental theory are joined together to quantitative calculate the stress of upsetting circular cylinder initially.The result of simulation corresponds to the results of qualitative physical simulation.The tension stress theory of a rigid-plastic mechanical model on upsetting circular cylinder is intensified.
