摘要
针对海洋大气环境下金属腐蚀严重的问题,研究了海洋大气腐蚀对7475铝合金疲劳性能的影响。提出了7475铝合金的腐蚀防护措施。首先对在海南暴晒1年的7475铝合金不同表面状态的疲劳寿命进行测定。其次运用概论统计中的T检验和F检验处理疲劳数据,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察疲劳断口形貌。分析海洋大气腐蚀对7475铝合金疲劳性能的影响。最后得出了7475铝合金腐蚀防护措施。结果表明:在海南海洋大气环境中暴晒1年后,涂漆的7475铝合金疲劳寿命最长,不涂漆的7475铝合金表面出现明显的点蚀,从而降低材料寿命。不涂漆胶结装配的7475铝合金主要在与TC18钛合金连接处发生严重腐蚀,疲劳寿命略有降低。7475铝合金表面涂漆,可以有效防止其在海洋大气环境中的严重腐蚀。
To solve the corrosion problem of metal in marine atmosphere, the effects of different protection methods on corrosion fatigue behaviour of 7475 aluminum alloy after one year exposure test in marine atmosphere have been investigated. Firstly, fatigue lives of 7475 aluminum alloy with different surface condition placed in Hainan province for one year were measured. Secondly, fatigue data were analyzed by T test and F test of probabi- listic~ method, and fatigue fracture morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Finally, corrosion protection method was summarized for 7475 aluminum alloy. The results indicated that fatigue life of 7475 aluminum alloy with paint is the longest; 7475 aluminum alloy exposed in Hainan atmosphere for one year, whose surface was unpainted and unconnected with TC18 titanium alloy, appear obvious pitting points which reduce the fatigue life; 7475 aluminum alloy whose surface was unpainted and connected with TC18 titanium alloy, has serious corrosion in the joint with TC18 titanium alloy, which make 7475 aluminum alloy' s fatigue life slightly shorter. Surface painting is one of effective methods to prevent corrosion in marine atmospheric environment for 7475 alumi- num alloy.
