摘要
隧道盾构施工过程中,复杂地层盾构接收最容易发生工程事故。以长沙地铁2号线五一广场站盾构接收施工为例,通过对复杂地层注浆缺陷进行分析和补救措施研究,提出取消端头地层加固,在预埋洞门环时设置三道橡胶止水环,采用自主研发的内翻式止水帘布实现了安全接收。
In the process of tunnel shield construction, complex formation receiving is most prone to accidents. Taking the shield receiving construction of Wuyi Square station on the subway line 2 in Changsha as an example, through the analysis of grouting defects under the complicated formation and remedial measures research, cancellation of end formation reinforce- ment is put forward, and three layers of rubber sealing ring to embed the portal ring is used, together with the varus type sealing curtain to ensure safe receiving.
