摘要
预应力混凝土预制T梁由于其本身可工厂预制、现场吊装、进度快等特点,被广泛应用在公路、铁路桥梁结构中。随着T梁跨径的不断增加,梁的高度也在逐渐增加,梁体正弯矩钢绞线张拉的难度也逐渐增加。结合梁体正弯矩钢绞线的张拉,研究开发了一张吊架式张拉架,可有效减少张拉投入,保证张拉施工安全,为T梁正弯矩钢绞线的张拉提供了参考。
Due to the characteristic of pre-stressed precast concrete T-beam, just prefabricated in factory, site hoisting, and higher installation speed, it has been widely used in highway, railway and bridge structures. With the increasing T- beam spans, the height of the beam is also gradually increased, as well as the difficulty of tensioning of beam' s sagging steel strand. Combined with the tension of sagging moment steel strand, this paper develops a hanger type' s hanger-tensioning frames, which can reduce the tensioning investment effectively, and guarantee the safety of tension' s construction, so it provides a reference for the tension of sagging moment steel strand.
