摘要
目的探讨彩色超声引导下经皮穿刺活检诊断肝脏左叶占位性病变的临床价值。方法采用PHILIPS-HD11超声仪、3.5 MHz高频探头、Bard活检枪及直径18 G一次性活检针,对18例肝脏左叶占位性病变患者行经皮肝脏穿刺活检,穿刺组织进行病理学检查。结果 18例患者均穿刺成功。其中良性病变占16.67%(3/18),原发性肝癌占66.67%(12/18),转移性肝癌占16.67%(3/18)。结论彩色超声引导下经皮肝脏左叶占位性病变穿刺活检能确定肝脏左叶占位性病变的病理性质,是肝脏左叶占位性病变诊断和鉴别诊断的一种安全、准确的方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of color ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy for diagnosing liver left lobe occupying lesions. Methods The Philips-HD11 ultrasound instrument with the 3.5 MHz high frequency probe, Bard biopsy gun and disposable biopsy needle （diameter 18G） were adopted to conduct the percutaneous puncture liver biopsy in 18 patients with liver left lobe occupying lesions and the punctured tissue was performed the pathologiccal examination. Results 18 cases were successful in puncture. The benign lesions accounted for 16.67% （3/18） ,primary liver cancer accounted for 66.67% （12/18） and metastatic liver cancer accounted for 16.67% （3/18）. Conclusion Color ultrasound- guided pereutaneous puncture liver biopsy of liver left lobe occupying lesions can determine the pathological nature of liver left lobe occupying lesions, which is a safe and accurate method of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of liver left lobe occupying lesions and worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
