摘要
复发性流产病因中以免疫调节异常所占比例最大。主动免疫疗法作为一种免疫疗法,其治疗同种免疫型复发性流产的有效性已在世界范围内得到肯定。但目前学术界对其治疗机制、治疗方案仍存在争议,故明确判断复发性流产的病因类型并正确地使用主动免疫疗法进行治疗是有效降低复发性流产发生率的关键。
Recurrent spontaneous abortion has lots of pathogenesises, then dysregulation of immune takes the largest proportion. Active immunotherapy is an immune therapy, the curative effects of active immu-notherapy treated alloimmunc RSA have been accept-ed worldwide. But controversies around the options and mechanisms of active immunotherapy still exist in academia. So precise of RSA and correctly using the active immunotherapy are keys to reduce the inci-dence rate of RAS effectively.
