摘要
目的:考察心理弹性在社会支持与情绪行为问题之间的中介作用和调节作用。方法:采用儿童青少年社会支持评定量表、心理弹性量表、长处和困难量表中文版及自编一般人口学变量调查表,对中山市两所中学1092名青少年进行调查,收回有效问卷1070份。结果:①社会支持和心理弹性对青少年的情绪行为问题均具有保护作用,主观支持与对支持的利用度既直接影响青少年的情绪行为问题,又通过心理弹性对其产生间接影响,中介效应占总效应的比例分别为11.2%和14.3%。②心理弹性对客观支持、主观支持与情绪行为问题的关系具有调节作用。结论:增加社会支持,有利于培养青少年的心理弹性,对青少年情绪行为问题具有保护作用;心理弹性的保护作用在客观社会支持与主观社会支持两个维度上的作用机制不同。
Objective： To examine the mediating and moderating roles of resilience on the relationship between social support and emotional-behavioral problems in adolescents. Methods： A total of 1092 adolescents from two middle schools in Zhongshan participated in the study. Students were sampled to fill out the Social Support Rating Scale for Children and Adolescents, Resilience Scale, Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire and a self-made general demographic questionnaire. Results： ①Both social support and resilience had protective effects on emotional-behavioral problems; and resilience partially mediated the relationship between social support and emotional-behavioral problems. ②Resilience also moderated the relationship between social support and emotional-behavioral problems. Conclusion： High social support contributes to increasing resilience and thus protecting adolescents from emotional-behavioral problems. The protective mechanisms of resilience of objective social support and subjective social support are different.
