摘要
用显微径迹照像法研究了870℃端淬时钢中硼的分布和氮的固定情况,并用C_β参量表示钢中氮被固定的程度。结果表明,C_β值越大,淬透性越好,核参量很好地控制高氮18CrMnB钢的淬透性。C_β=14.5-27.5,可保证试验钢种有高而稳定的淬透性。
The distribution of B and N in 18CrMnB steel during the hardening at 870℃ is investigated by means of the microphotography, and CB is used as a parameter to show the distribution of N in the steel. The results obtained are as follows: the hardenability increases with parameter Cβ, and if its value is between 14.5 though 27.5, the high hardenability of 18CrMnB steel is obtained. Cβ is a useful parameter for controlling the hardenability of this steel.
