摘要
目的:超声诊断已是临床及医学影像必不可少的学科之一,其诊断准确率是其它医学影像不可替代的,但同时我们也看到超声诊断仍然存在部分的误诊、漏诊现象,主要表现在超声仪器的因素、超声医师技术水平因素、工作量大而繁重、患者期望值过高、超声诊断医疗风险规避等方面。
Purpose： Ultrasound diagnosis is clinical and medical imaging essential disciplines, its diagnostic accura- cy are other medical image can not be replaced, but at the same time, we also see the ultrasound diagnosis remains part of the misdiagnosis, missed phenomenon, mainly in the ultrasonic instrument factor, sonographer technical level factors, workload is big and heavy, with high expectations, ultrasound diagnosis of medical risk aversion etc.
