摘要
高校毕业生数量快速增加,导致大学生就业形势越来越严峻,高校毕业生就业教育及辅导在整个高等教育中的地位和作用也随之变得越来越突出和重要。本文从应用性人才培养的研究分析着手,对就业辅导的学生进行了探索研究,并提出医学生就业教育辅导对策的实现途径。
The number of college graduates rapidly increase,which resulted in the tough job market.The role college undergraduates＇ employment education and guidance is becoming more and more severe.Starting from the research on the applied talent cultivation,the paper explores the students employment guidance,and puts forward the way to realize medical students＇ employment education guidance.
