庐山石韦内生真菌多样性及地下部分显微结构观察 被引量:4

Diversity of endophytic fungi in Pyrrosia sheareri(Bak.) Ching and the microstructure of its ground parts

摘要 【目的】探索庐山石韦(Pyrrosia sheareri)内生真菌资源和分布规律,为更好地保护和开发利用庐山石韦资源提供依据。【方法】从庐山石韦不同部位(根、茎、叶、叶柄)分离纯化内生真菌,运用形态学特征对菌株进行分类鉴定;采用石蜡切片法和显微技术观察庐山石韦不定根与根状茎的显微结构。【结果】从庐山石韦中分离得到53株内生真菌,其中50株分别属于14个属、7个科、5个目、2个纲,另外3株为无孢目的丝核菌属(Rhizoctonia)和小菌核属(Sclerotium)。在16属内生真菌中,以拟茎点霉属(Phomopsis)为优势属,占总株数的18.87%,其次是叶点霉属(Phyllosticta)和头孢霉属(Cephalosporium),分别占总株数的15.09%和13.21%。庐山石韦不定根的结构与种子植物初生根结构相似,其根状茎维管束无形成层。【结论】庐山石韦植物内生真菌具有丰富的多样性,皮层薄壁组织是内生真菌主要的寄居区域。 [Objective]Endophytic fungi resources and distribution regularity of Pyrrosia sheareri(Bak.)Ching were studied in order to provide references for better protection and management of P.sheareri.[Method]The endogenous fungi from P.sheareri were isolated into different parts(root,stem,leaf,and petiole)and identified based on morphological characteristics.The microstructure of the adventitious roots and rhizomes were observed using paraffin section and microtechnique.[Result]Fifty-three strains of endophytic fungi were separated from P.sheareri,amongst which 50 strains belonged to 14 genera,7 families,5 orders,and 2 classes,while the other 3 strains belonged to Rhizoctonia and Sclerotium of Agnomycetales.Phomopsis was the dominant genus in the 16 genera,accounting for 18.87% of the total strains,followed by Phyllosticta and Cephalosporium,which accounted for 15.09% and 13.21% of total strains,respectively.Adventitious roots of P.sheareri have similar structure with primary roots of seed plants and the vascular bundle of rhizome had no cambium.[Conclusion]Endophytic fungi in P.sheareri showed rich diversity;the cortical parenchyma was the main dwelling region for endophytic fungi.
