摘要
系统分析国内外学者在节水灌溉评价方面的研究进展，发现节水灌溉工程评价已由单一的衡量经济、技术效益向综合考虑经济、技术、社会及生态等效益改变，农业节水灌溉综合效益评价在项目立项、运行管理过程中作用日趋突出。研究明确了技术评价指标、经济效益评价指标及生态效益评价指标等常用评价指标．将为农业节水灌溉综合效益评价指标的构建奠定基础。
Through reviewing the research progress of water-saving irrigation at home and abroad, the result reveals that the evaluation of water-saving irrigation transferred from only evaluating the economic and technical benefits to consideration of the whole economic, technical, social, ecological benefits. Evaluation of the comprehensive benefits of agricultural water-saving irrigation becomes more important in the project establishment and operation management. The evaluation index of economic, technical, social, ecological benefits were pointed in this study, which laid a foundation for constructing the evaluation index of comprehensive benefits of agricultural water-saving irrigation.
