摘要
水玻璃已被证明是用于含碳球团的理想粘结剂。作者研究了在 90 0~ 1 2 0 0℃、氮气氛中粘结剂 (水玻璃 )对含碳球团还原的影响 ,对实验数据进行了动力学分析 ,给出了理论解释 ,并指出了其在生产中的应用。结果表明 :水玻璃可促进含碳球团还原 ,该还原反应由球团内矿粒层中的气相内扩散控制 ,加入水玻璃并没有改变这一限制环节 ,但可减少该环节的阻力。
It was tested that water glass is an ideal binder to the pellet containing coal char. The effect of binder (water glass) on the reduction of pellet containing coal char in a nitrogen atmosphere and at the temperature between 900~1 200 ℃ was investigated. The kinetic analysis of experimental data indicates that water glass can promote the reduction of the pellet (the reduction should be controlled by the gas diffusion); The addition of water glass can ′t change the reduction controlling step but can decrease the resistance of this step.
