摘要
本文介绍在连铸生产过程中,中间罐出现裂缝,经过现场观察与分析,确认裂缝的产生是由于热应力所致。改进中间罐烘烤工艺后,解决了开裂问题,同时取得良好的效果。
This paper shows that crack emerged on the tundish in continuous casting. Through observing and analysing on site we assure that crack is caused by the thermal stress. After improving preheating techonology we overcome the problem of crack and also achieve good results.
