本文阐述鞍钢第三炼钢厂引进的板坯连铸机中间罐车升降系统中的滚珠丝杠副的配套设计,转化成国产设备。设备的特点是效率高、能耗低、寿命长、承载大、精度好、启动力矩小、平稳准确、润滑维护方便等。用蜗杆蜗轮自锁。
This article describes the fitting design of ball-screw assembly for tundish-carriage-elevating system imported No. 3 Steelmaking Plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Corporation. Converted into the homemade equipment, it has characteristics of high efficiency, low energy consumption, long service life, heavy-load capacity, high accuracy, sensitive operation and smooth of starting, minor starting moment and easy lubrication and maintenance,etc.It was locked with the worm and worm wheel.
