摘要
德国学者Hohenberger以外科、解剖和胚胎学理论为基础同时借鉴直肠癌治疗的经验,总结大量的临床证据提出了全结肠系膜切除术(CME)。CME概念的提出为结肠癌治疗效果进一步改善带来了希望,有望成为结肠癌根治性手术的质量控制标准。本文主要介绍CME的概念、理论基础、手术要点及疗效评价。
With the experience in total mesorectal excision （TME） for rectal cancers, the surgical, anatomic and embryologic theories as well as the accumulated clinical evidence, Hohenberger proposed the concept of complete mesocolon resection （CME）. CME might offer the hope for further improvement of the therapeutic efficacy of colon cancer and could be considered as a standardized indicator for the surgical quality of radical resection. This ~per introduces the concept,theoretical foundation, key points of surgery, and assessment of curative effect of CME.
