摘要
95598呼叫中心系统是集计算机技术、通信技术、网络技术、计算机电话集成技术、智能呼叫分配技术(ICD)以及数据库技术为一体的网络化综合业务服务平台。文章描述了利用IP电话技术,结合广西电网公司的实际情况,采用设备集中的方式构建95598呼叫中心平台,对平台各个组成部分进行了全方位的容灾设计,确保平台的稳定可靠,满足为用电客户提供7×24h热线服务的要求。
The 95598 call center system is an integrated networked business service platform, which synthetically applies computer technology, communication technology, network technology, computer telephony integration (CTI) technology, intelligent call distribution technology (ICD) and database technology. According to the situations of Guangxi Power Grid Corporation, this paper builds the 95598 call center platform with a centralized way using the IP phone technology. The disaster recovery design for each component of the platform will ensure the platform stable and reliable, and meet customers' needs of 7×24 hours continuous service.
