摘要
现行的企业绩效评价指标体系忽视了部分利益相关者的绩效评价偏好。本文分析了企业利益相关者对绩效评价指标的偏好,并在此基础上具体选择了可采用的绩效评价指标,构建了一套简单的绩效评价指标体系。
The present enterprise performance evaluation index system neglects the preferences of partial stakeholders' performance evaluation.This paper analyzes the preferences of partial stakeholders' performance evaluation,and constructs a simple set of performance evaluation index system by choosing adoptable performance evaluation index.
