摘要
在分析影响数控机床加工误差的因素后 ,建立了神经网络模型 ,然后求出电网输入电压与定时时间之间的最优曲线 ,从而实现对电网波动引起的加工误差进行自动校正。
In the paper,we first analyze the factors which affect processing errors of NC machine tools,then establish the corresponding model based on neural networks. Finally the optimal relations between the input voltage and timing time are given,and the processing errors caused by network fluctuation are autocorrected.
