摘要
在已有的铸造凝固过程计算机模拟基础上 ,考虑了对流和辐射对凝固过程热传递的影响 ,开发出在铸件凝固过程中综合考虑热传导、热对流和热辐射的计算程序。针对残余应力的计算 ,结合铸造中落砂工艺 ,对落砂前后不同的传热模型进行了相应的调整。为检验模型的准确性 ,试验研究了弓形应力框试验铸件的浇注过程。对比分析了试验结果和计算结果 。
Based on the existed simulation program of solidification process,the influence of convection and radiation upon heat transmission in the solidification process had been thought over,then a simulation program comprehensively considering the heat conduction,convection and radiation had been developed.In order to calculate residual stress in the casting,different heat transmission models before and after shake out had been established.To verify the accuracy of models for temperature analysis,an arched stress frame test casting was poured,and its cooling curve was measured and recorded.The results of the simulation and the cast test were compared and discussed.The new calculating model is more effective than the old one.
