摘要
输电线路视频监控系统在全国各电网都开始了试验性建设,但如何使其达到实用、可靠、卓有成效,则仍处于观望和摸索阶段。文章针对这一问题深入分层研究了这类系统中具体视频监控实用化、通信实用化、电源管理实用化及提高视频监控可靠性、通信可靠性、电源可靠性的技术与措施,并给出了一个具体输电线路视频监控实例的效果。
The trial construction of the transmission line video monitoring system has been launched in each power grid across the country. How to ensure the transmission line video monitoring system practical, reliable and highly effective is still in the groping stage. This paper deeply studies various technologies and measures applicable to such a system to ensure video monitoring, communication and power management practical, and to improve monitoring, communication and power reliable. Further, the effect of a video monitoring scene for a specif？ic transmission line is given.
