摘要
就业信息的质和量在高校就业工作中具有重要作用。毕业生就业信息采集和利用工作做得好坏,直接影响到毕业生的就业质量。按照信息管理的规律通过多种渠道扩大就业信息采集量,合理发布就业信息,指导毕业生对信息进行有效利用是高校就业工作人员的重要工作。
Employment information plays a very important role in employment for college graduates. How to gather and use the employment information may affect the quality of the employment. It＇s an important work for Employ- ment Guidance Center Staff to expand amount of employment information while giving guidance on how to use infor- mation effectively.
