摘要
根据土压平衡盾构的特点及施工原理,结合隧道设计、施工的具体经验,建立了土压平衡盾构的土力学模型,并采用朗肯理论计算了掘进土压力,提出了土压平衡盾构掘进土压平衡控制策略,确定了土压平衡盾构施工土压力的设定原则和方法,为土压平衡盾构掘进机的设计和开发提供科学的理论依据。
According to the characteristics and working principle of shield with balanced earth pressure,the soil mechanics model of shield with balanced earth pressure was established combined with the experience in tunnel design and construction.Rankine theory was applied for calculation of tunneling soil pressure;strategies for earth pressure balance control were put forward;the principle and method of soil pressure setting were determined, which provides scientific basis for design and development of shield with balanced earth pressure.
