摘要
依据产业设专业,产业变动调专业,是高职院校专业设置与调整的基本原则。目前高职院校专业设置与地方产业发展需求的契合度不高,应通过改革专业设置审批权、实行高职办学行业化和属地化、建立人才需求信息和专业人才供给权威发布制度、整合优化高职院校现有专业布局结构、大力推进行业指导和订单培养等途径,实现专业设置与产业发展需要的有效对接。
Offering specialities according to industry and changing specialities based on industrial variation is the basic principle of offering and changing specialities in vocational colleges.At present,specialities offered by vocational colleges do not agree with the needs of local industry development.It is suggested to reform the power over examining and approving specialities offered,running vocational colleges by the trades and local government,establishing system to authoritatively release information of the demand for qualified personnel and the supply of professionals,integrating and optimizing the existing layout structure of specialities in vocational colleges,vigorously promoting the approaches of guidance by the trades and oriented talent training,so as to achieve agreement between the specialties offered and the needs of industrial development
