摘要
本文讨论了起始数据误差和观测值误差的比例因子问题。解决了顾及起始数据误差的工测多级控制网的精度梯度。
This paper deals with the scale-factor between the errors of initial data and observations. The problem of measuring accuracy gradient of multi-class engineering control network, which accounts for the initial data errors, has been solved.
