摘要
根据平整试验之后制成的标准拉伸试样 ,测定了奥氏体不锈钢 0 Cr18Ni9薄板和铁素体不锈钢1Cr17薄板在不同平整量下的基本成形性能指标 ,给出了相应的趋势线和线性回归方程及其相关系数。试验结果反映了基本成形性能指标随平整量的变化规律。平整量 et∈ [0 ,5 ) ,满足工程要求 ,并当 et=2 %时基本成形性能最优。
In this paper,the basic forming property indices of both austentic 0Cr18Ni9 sheet and ferrite 1Cr17 sheet under different flattening magnitudes,change trend and linear regression equations as well as correlation coefficients are given.The forming property at a flattening magnitude of e t∈[0,5)meets engineering requirement,and is the best at a flattening magnitude e t=2 %.A reasonable explanation is given.
