宝钢3号高炉炉壳开孔强度有限元计算 被引量:4

STRENGTH CALCULATION OF OPENING ON NO.3 BF SHELL WITH FINITE ELEMENT METHOD AT BAOSTEEL

摘要 针对宝钢 3号高炉因安装冷却筒需要在炉壳上开孔问题 ,依据宝钢 3号高炉实际情况 ,进行炉壳整体应力计算。并以此为依据 ,模拟高炉炉壳开孔的各种模型 ,分别进行高炉炉壳开孔强度弹性应力计算、塑性应力计算以及屈曲应力计算。为验证计算的可靠性 ,制作了光弹性实验模型 ,进行光弹性应力分析 。 In order to install coolers on No3 BF a lot of new holes were to be opened on the shellBefore making openings,considering all kinds of loads on the shell,the calculation of whole body stress of BF shell was carried onOn the basis of above result,with ALGOR software and different models simulating the openings on the shell of BF were builtThe strength calculation of openings on shell with linear stress finite element analysis method,nonlinear stress finite element analysis method and bucking stability finite element analysis method was carried out respectivelyBesides,the result of photo stress analysis obtained was good fit with the calculated
