摘要
针对宝钢 3号高炉因安装冷却筒需要在炉壳上开孔问题 ,依据宝钢 3号高炉实际情况 ,进行炉壳整体应力计算。并以此为依据 ,模拟高炉炉壳开孔的各种模型 ,分别进行高炉炉壳开孔强度弹性应力计算、塑性应力计算以及屈曲应力计算。为验证计算的可靠性 ,制作了光弹性实验模型 ,进行光弹性应力分析 。
