摘要
针对某单位目前机房服务器资源利用率不高、重要数据存在安全隐患等问题,开展基于VMware虚拟架构技术的服务器资源整合方案研究和实践。简要介绍VMware虚拟架构中所采用的关键技术,重点阐述服务器虚拟化整合方案和过程。通过部署vCenter Server服务,建立VMware集群,将10台物理服务器利用P2V技术迁移到2台EXSI虚拟平台中。经过实践分析,该虚拟化整合方案能够提高服务器资源的利用率,降低机房能耗。
The research of server resource integrating technology based on VMware virtual infrastructure was carried out according to the problems of low resource utilization rate and hidden danger of data security in servers.The key technique in the VMware virtual infrastructure is introduced briefly and the server integration program and process is focused on in the paper.Through the deployment of the vCenter Server service and establishment of VMware clusters,10 physical servers are migrated to the two EXSI virtual platforms by utilizing P2V technique.Through practice analysis,the server virtualization integrating program can improve server resource utilization rate and reduce power consumption of the engine room.
