高炉冷却壁更换新技术应用

摘要 2号高炉出铁口冷却壁内蛇形管由于内漏 ,经 1 990年 5月抢修 ,使用一年后再次出现铁口近区淌水 ,严重威胁着安全生产 ,于 1 991年 1 1月被迫提前中修 ,并被列为重点检修项目。在实施方案中 ,采取冷却壁和炉皮同步更换新技术 ,既保证了工期和安全 ,又确保了检修质量。经运行 6年的生产考核 ,证明了此项检修新技术的优点 ,这在武钢高炉检修史上属于首例应用。 The snaky cooling tube in the cooling stave of the taphole of No.2 BF was repaired in May 1990 due to internal leakage, however dripping of the tube in the vicinity of the taphole recurred just one year later and the safety of the production was thus seriously menaced. As the result No.2 BF was forced to initiate the furnace repair ahead of schedule. In the repair plan a new technology was adopted, in which the cooling stave and furnace shell were replaced and welded simultaneously and thus both the project schedule and quality could be ensured. Results of over 6 years running have demonstrated the advantages of the new technology. It is also the first example of success in the history of BF repair in WISCO.
