摘要
1999年韶钢节能工作取得了显著的成绩 ,吨钢综合能耗和吨钢可比能耗再创历史新低 ,同比降低 1 5 .7%和 1 6 .9% .从节能降耗作为降成本的工作重点、优化工艺结构、优化能源结构、深化能源管理等 4个方面 ,介绍了韶钢节能降耗的主要做法 ;最后提出了 2 0 0 0年的节能工作思路 .
An appreciable energy saving was attained at SGIS in 1999, with both the gross and comparable energy consumptions per ton of steel reduced by 15.6 and 16.9 percent respectively, as compared to last year's levels, and reaching the lowest in the history of SGIS. The present discussion describes the 4 measures taken to reduce the energy consumption at SGIS, namely (1)laying the emphasis of cost-reduction on energy saving, (2)optimizing technology structure, (3) reforming energy structure, and (4) strengthening energy management. Some considerations concerning energy saving in 2000 are also presented.
