摘要
结合生产实际讨论了影响涤纶FDY长丝网络度的因素,着重讨论了网络压力、网络张力、产品的规格、原料的品种、喷嘴的类型等几个方面对FDY网络数量和网络牢度的影响,阐述了不同条件下如何保证产品的网络度,同时兼顾到能耗、生产运行以及产品质量等方面的因素。
In this article,the factors that have effect on the FDY interlace such as compressed air pressure,tension,interlace jet,luster and specification of product,was discussed.The result showed that to improve FDY interlace,it was also should be paid attention to such as consumption of compressed air,breaks and product quality.
