摘要
在工业空调中经常使用再热器以控制送风温湿度或室内温湿度,而再热器通常使用电加热、热水或蒸汽等,这种再热方式不是最经济的方式。本文介绍一种利用显热回收器再热的新风机组,通过不同工况负荷的计算结果可以看出,使用显热回收器减少了压缩机冷量,无需另外配置再热器便可实现再热的功能,机组总能耗大大降低,是一种高效节能的空气处理设备。
Reheater is often used in industrial air conditioner to control the supply air or the indoor temperature and humidity, and we often use electric heat, hot water or steam, condensing heat to reheat the air. However these reheat type aren't the most economic. This paper introduces a fresh air handling unit which uses sensible heat recovery exchanger to reheat the air. The calculation results under the different conditions show that there are less cooling capacities of the compressor and the reheat function can be achieved without extra reheater, while the total energy consumption of the unit is greatly reduced, and the air conditioner is a high efficiency and energy saving equipment.
