摘要
目的打造数字化药学部,提高药学服务品质。方法运用计算机技术和现代药学管理模式,将药品采购、出入库、门诊药房、住院药房、自费药房、中药房、战备库房、临床药学的合理用药与不良反应监测,以及方便医患查询的药学网站等多个模块进行无缝连接,强力打造数字化药学部。结果解放军302医院集信息化、智能化、网络化、标准化和集成化于一体的药学部已初步建成,实现了药品规范管理,确保了患者用药安全,提升了药学服务品质。结论该数字化药学部建设模式值得推广。
Objective To construct a digital information-based pharmacy department and enhance the pharmaceutical care level. Methods Using computer technology and modern pharmacy management techniquse, various sectious of the pharmacy department were integrated,including the storehouse, clinic pharmacy, central pharmacy, retail pharmacy, Chinese traditional medicine pharmacy, combat readiness storeroom, rational use of drugs and the online pharmacy platform. Results The pharmacy department achieved digitalization, intelligentization, networkization, standardization. Drug management, safe use of drugs, and the pharmaceutical care level were improved. Conclusion This pattern of digital information-based pharmacy department should be popularized.
