影响尿苷二磷酸葡醛酸转移酶活性的研究进展

摘要 尿甘二磷酸葡醛酸转移酶是重要的Ⅱ相代谢酶,尿甘二磷酸葡醛酸转移酶的活性对药物代谢和药物疗效具有重要影响。本文就影响尿甘二磷酸葡醛酸转移酶活性的主要因素年龄、激素水平、底物、疾病状态、遗传多态性以及基因表达调控作一综述。
