摘要
主要对建筑工程项目"代建"进行了介绍,分析了现阶段的发展状况及前景,并探讨了代建与监理一体化管理的优点,阐述了一体化管理的可行性,为工程项目管理提供了新的思路。
This paper introduced the ＂agent construction＂ of construction engineering project,analyzed the current development situation and prospects,and discussed the advantages of agent construction and supervision integration management,elaborated the feasibility of integrated management,provided new thinking way for construction project management.
