摘要
为了提高培训效果,企业通过外包方式与专业培训机构合作实施培训。然而,由于信息不对称,企业有可能选择并不胜任的培训服务商,从而影响培训质量。本文对选择培训外包供应商面临的信息不对称问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决对策,即企业需要主动采取信号甄别措施,采用综合评价的方法,选择具有胜任能力的合作伙伴。
To improve the training effect, a company may cooperate with those agencies that can provide training services more professionally. However, because of the information asymmetry, the company is difficult to avoid adverse selection of an incompetent training agency, so that the latter may provide the training service with low quality. To lower the risk caused by the information asymmetry, it's necessary for the company to take active measures to identify and choose a competent training agency by considering all kinds of related factors.
