摘要
介绍了我国逆变式弧焊机的可靠性以及造船厂应用逆变式焊机的现状。随着我国逆变式弧焊机质量的明显提高、造船能力的急剧扩大 ,逆变式弧焊机尤其是IGBT逆变式CO2 焊机在造船厂将得到广泛应用。这必将大大提高造船厂焊接设备的现代化水平 ,同时也为逆变式弧焊机的发展注入新的活力。
The improvement of reliability about inverter arc welding machine and present status about using inverter arc welding machine in shipyards are introduced.With gradually enhancing quality of inverter arc welding machine and rapidly expanding shipbuilding ability,inverter arc welding machine,especially in IGBT CO 2 inverter arc welding machine,will be widely used in shipyards.As a result,the modernization of welding equipment in shipyards will be speeded up.At the same time,the development of inverter arc welding machine will be promoted largely.
