摘要
将PRA和GIS工具综合运用于新农村建设规划,不仅可以克服"自上而下"式规划的缺陷,也为规划信息的准确定位、快速处理、数据分析提供强有力支撑。该文以四川雁江省级新农村示范片为例,介绍基于PRA和GIS的新农村建设规划方法和技术路线,对半结构式访谈、参与式绘图、问题树分析、空间分析、数据库建设及三维可视化等进行了详细阐述。
Integrating the PRA and GIS tools in the new rural construction planning,not only can overcome the defects of ＂top-down＂ planning,but also can provide a strong support for accurate positioning of planning information,fast processing and analysis of data.The article took new rural construction planning of Yanjiang provincial demonstration as an example,introduced the planning method and technical route based on PRA and GIS,further elaborated semi structured interviews,participatory mapping,problem tree analysis,spatial analysis,database construction and visualization.
