摘要
采用PHA、秋水仙碱腹腔注射,活体培养法,取大鳍鳠肾细胞制成悬浮液。用空气干燥法制片,经Giemsa染色,镜检细胞分裂相,结果表明:大鳍鳠染色体二倍数2n=56,核型公式为:2n=20 m+16 sm+10 st+10 t,NF=92。
The metaphase chromosome of Mystus macropterus Bleeker was prepared from idney by PHA and colchicine injection and air dried.The karyotype was analyzed.The results showed that the chromosome numbers of M.macropterus was 2n=56 and the formula of karyotype was 2n=20 m＋ 16 sm＋10 st＋10 t.The total number of chromosome arms were NF=92.
