摘要
对大批量冲压件生产,应首选多工位无废料级进模生产,这样可提高材料利用率,降低生产成本。以热水器水桶固定支架为案例,对在多工位无废料级进模中的挤料重叠、一模多件工件定位及步距控制等问题进行了研究,并根据支架结构特点,设计了支架一模多件无废料级进模。通过企业生产证明,此模具不仅提高了材料利用率,而且还提高了生产效率,产品完全满足用户要求。
It is first choice of multi position progressive die without waste material for commencing mass production, which improves material utilization rate and decreases production costs. Taking bucket fixed support of water heater as an example, the problems of material overlap workpiece positioning, step control etc. , during the design of the optimal packing with multi position progressive die of one die for two workpieces without waste were researched. According to the structure feature of the support, multi position progressive die of one die for two workpieces without waste was de signed. The production proves that the material utilization rate and production efficiency are improved using this die, and the product can fully meet the demands of the customers.
