3D rolling numerical simulation of circle section being rolled to flat based on MSC.Superform

摘要 基于MSC.Superform模拟软件平台,建立了圆截面轧扁的三维轧制有限元模型,模拟了JD型整体放电极线轧制成形过程,取得了有效轧制弧长、制件长度、前滑率以及制件轮廓形状和断面形状等数据。模拟结果与解析计算结果和轧制试验情况相比较,取得了较好的一致性,为轧辊及其孔型设计提供了重要依据。 3D finite element of circle section being rolled to flat was established, and rolling process of JD integral dis- charge electrode wire was simulated, which made effective roiling are length, parts length, parts of forward slip and parts contour shape and cross section data to be obtained based on the MSC. Superform software platform. The simula- tion and the calculation results were compared with rolling test, which obtains better consistency and provides impor- tant basis for roller and roll pass design.
