阿魏菇多糖的急性毒性及抗炎实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:提取阿魏菇中的多糖并测定其含量,初步研究阿魏菇多糖的急性毒性及抗炎作用。方法:以水提醇沉法提取阿魏菇多糖,应用苯酚-硫酸比色法测多糖含量,采用最大给药量法测定阿魏菇多糖对小鼠的最大耐受量,抗炎实验采用二甲苯致鼠耳肿胀法。结果:阿魏菇多糖提取率分别为11.23%,总多糖含量为44.57%;急性毒性试验测得阿魏菇多糖的小鼠灌胃最大耐受量分别为212.39g生药/kg,相当于人日用量的2137倍;抗炎试验表明,阿魏菇多糖高、低剂组均能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀。结论:阿魏菇多糖提取工艺简便,安全无毒,并且具有一定的抗炎作用。 Objective: To extract and study the anti-inflammation effect and acute toxicity of the polysaccharide from Pleurotus fer-ulae Lanzi. Methods:The polysaccharide of Pleurotus ferulae Lanzi (PfP) was extracted by water, precipitated by ethanol and the content of the polysaccharide was determined by the phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetric method. The maximum administration dosage (MTD) of PfP was determined by ig intragastric administration with the maximum concentration and the maximum amounts in mice, and anti- inflammatory model of mouse ear edema induced by xylene. Results:The yield of PfP was 11.23 % and the contents of total polysaccharide was 44.57%. The MTD test showed that the MTD of PfP was 213.51g/kg, equal to 2137 times of the normal hu-man(50kg). PfP could inhibit the mice ear edema induced by xylene. Conclusion: The extraction process of PfP is simple. PfP is safe in clinic use and has some certain effect on anti-inflammation.
